Apeks dealer in the United States. Many of the Apeks products offered for sale over the Internet are illegally imported
by foreign Apeks distributors in violation of their distribution contract with Apeks Marine LTD. They DO NOT have
a warranty offered by Aqualung/Apeks USA. No matter what you are told by a retailer who offers Apeks regulators for sale
on an electronic purchase website, Aqualung/Apeks USA will not perform warranty service on Apeks regulators sold by
unauthorized dealers. The Newport Diving Center IS AN AUTHORIZED Aqualung/Apeks dealer and does not
advertise Apeks prices or offer Apeks regulators for sale via automatic online order process, in accordance with our
