personal letter. Specify item number, name, size, color and quantity, money order or credit card number with the
expiration date. Please include a daytime phone number so we can reach you if there is a question.

How to Pay?
We accept Money Order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D.
orders. We DO Not Except Checks.
Overseas customers please note: The most convenient method of payment for foreign orders is by credit card, since the
exchange rate is automatically calculated at the best available rate of exchange. Also note that we do check all Credit
Cards for fraud on all out of country sales.

How do we Ship?
We ship with UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air), and US Mail Priority and
Global Express Mail™ (EMS); however, when shipped with US Mail, it may takes longer, and it can take up to 8 weeks
to track a lost package, For overnight and UPS 2nd Day Air service Orders should be placed no later then noon EST, We
normally process and ship all orders within 72 hours. If you require faster service, phone your order in before noon
(Eastern Standard Time) and specify RUSH SERVICE. If the product is in stock at out store (NOT wharehouse) We will get
it out the same day at a minimal of a $5.00 charge and ship by UPS 3 Day Select service. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. APOs and FPOs are all shipped USPS Priority mail
Shipments outside the US:
Orders shipped outside the US will be shipped via Postal Service only, except APO, and FPO addresses
which will be shipped USPS Mail only.
NDC-Online.net is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you
may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urges you to consult your local government import office with
any questions.

When do we Ship?
We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, therefore all Overnight & Blue Label orders placed
after 12:00 PM EST, will ship on the following shipping day. All other orders should ship in 2 business days.

What is our return policy?
Fourteen days
Take advantage of our 14-day return policy. You may order just about anything, inspect the equipment, and if you are
not fully satisfied, just return it for a full refund less S/H charges (provided it has not been used, clean and
returned in it origional package). No restocking fee and no questions asked. If accepted, items returned after 14 days
from the day your order was shipped out are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you find it necessary to return an item to us for repair, replacement or refund, call for an RA#, repackage it
securely in an outer carton and send it, prepaid and insured, to Newport Diving Center, 550 Thames Street, Newport,
RI 02840. Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales or packing slip and a note describing the problem
with the item and what you want us to do (repair, replace, refund or issue a credit memo to be used on other
merchandise). You must call (401) 847-9293 for a return authorization number before returning a product. Most
repairs take 1 - 2 week.
NO packages will be accepted without an R.A. number on the outside of the box.
All merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging, enclosed within
a shipping carton and must include all packaging materials and blank warranty cards. Merchandise returned without
authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

Out of Stock?
You can order with confidence that all the items that are marked as "In Stock" are in stock.
However, in very rare instance there will be an item out of stock, even if it showed "In Stock" (this can
happen for a number of reasons, we got in more orders then we have in stock, we have it, but it's defective, etc.) In
such an instance, our customer service department will contact you, if you agree we will put it on order for you. These
will be marked as B.O. on the Invoice and will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel
a back-ordered item at any time by calling Customer Service at (401) 847-9293. Newport Diving Center will pay postage
charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one if order is not shipped out within 7 working days.

Corporate and Government Sales?
We have many warehouses and our mail order facilities enable us to handle your entire commercial,
corporate, government and educational needs. We buy in large quantities and, therefore, are able to offer you
merchandise at substantial savings. Our trained staff is eager to accommodate your every need with courteous and
personal attention. We know Scuba, all of our staff are certified scuba divers who scuba dive. We welcome your bids
and, of course, your direct mail or phone inquiries.
Purchase Orders: Orders for open accounts are
available to recognized government agencies, schools, universities, etc. All open accounts must be accompanied by an
original purchase order.

Gift Certificates
Provide the right gift for everyone on your hard to buy for gift list. Gift certificates may be redeemed
in person or by mail, and may be ordered by phone and paid for by credit card. We will mail the gift certificate to you
or directly to your choice of address.
Sorry there are no cash refunds on gift certificates.

Damaged in Delivery
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the package for damage. We
make every effort to prevent shipping damage. In the event merchandise is received damaged or merchandise is missing,
please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps:
United Parcel Service (UPS) -- Quickly contact your local UPS office for a Damage Inspection report. Request that UPS
return the merchandise to us. Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your reorder or credit.
Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number issued to you by UPS and well arrange
for reorder or credit.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire
to cancel an item, which has not been received, call the Customer Service Department. between 11:00 am - 5:00 PM EST,
Monday - Friday, at: (401) 847-9293. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore
still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your
responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges. Special order merchandise is non-cancelable.

We are authorized dealers of all the Manufacturers we sell online Please note all the notices about
Aqualung, Seaquest, Suunto, and Apeks. We can sell them under strick guidelines, so you must call for pricing.

General Information: Purchaser, by placing an order, makes an offer to
purchase pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer, if accepted by The Newport Diving Center, is accepted
within the State of Rhode Island, and purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Rhode Island
for the limited purpose of dispute arising between the parties resulting from this transaction and agrees that the laws
of the State of Rhode Island shall apply.
By opening or using a product purchased from us, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the term and conditions of sale
as set forth below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of sale, please ship the product back to us
unopened within 5 days of receipt via UPS Ground Service shipping for a full refund (less S/H charges).
The Newport Diving Center makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any
particular purpose, and none shall be implied by law. Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use
contemplated by purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and seller shall have no responsibility in
connection with such determination.
The Newport Diving Center will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale,
non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any is imposed,
of The Newport Diving Center in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monastery value of the merchandise
purchased.
